OPTiMUM recognizes and respects the privacy of the individuals whose personal information it collects, uses, and otherwise processes while conducting its business. OPTiMUM is committed to protecting personally identifiable information (“Personally Identifiable Information” or “PII) that Website visitors may provide to us online. Registering suppliers, vendors or contractors may also be required to provide a tax identification number.

a.     Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

                      ii. Purpose

b.    Retention

11.      KEEPING PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE

We have implemented security measures we consider reasonable and appropriate to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control.
